Refund policy

Returns are accepted only for products that are received damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please email info@tratakorganics.com within 48 hours of delivery. Your email must include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or a video of the damaged product
• Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
• A brief description of the issue

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions for the return, replacement, or refund.

Please Note: Returns for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or opened/used products will not be accepted.
